PricewaterhouseCoopers known is the world’s largest audit and accountancy firm and one of the Big Four auditors and has presence in Malaysia. The company has come about after various mergers over time that brought together Coopers and Lybrand, Price and Waterhouse, hence the mouthful. In addition, PwC has undergone a merger with Booz & Co. The approval of the merger took place on 23rd December, 2013. Ultimately, they offer a wide range of services, but their specialty is tax, audit & assurance, and consulting
